Project Details

The project includes a 17,800 square foot pre-engineering metal building along with a complex site drainage plan with an elaborate water quality / filtration pond as dictated by the site being over the aquifer recharge zone. Also included in the site work was tying in to the existing campus buildings and a major utility and parking upgrade.

The main feature of the exterior of the building is a large gable porch entry with a large exposed timber frame. The front and sides of the front lobby area are finished with EIFS and a limestone wainscot and also include faux wood framing at the porch.
