Project Details

This project includes the construction of a 25,000 square foot multiple office/retail space and a 101,000 square foot renovation. The EIFS detailing and ceramic tile wainscot accents enhance the contemporary features that were desired by the Owner.

This development revitalized an area that was in a gradual decline and is now an active center that offers shopping, dining, and educational opportunities to the local community.
