Project Overview
The first of two stores Middleman Construction Company has built for national furniture retailer, Rooms To Go. In 2015, we broke ground on another store location on the I-35 corridor in Selma, Texas.
Project Details
This new building is a 39,691 square foot retail furniture store with a distinctive contemporary design. In addition, the building’s exterior consists of split face masonry with a curtain wall glass storefront system, steel arches and 30-foot plaster columns adorning the entrances. As a complement to the notable exterior, the interior sales area displays the “high end” architectural atmosphere by using unique drywall, stone, copper accents, and masonry partitions to exhibit various display vignettes.
