Project Details

The Singing Hills Retail 3 consisted of two new construction tilt-wall 1-story shell buildings to sit parallel with one another to service food and retail such as Wing Stop and Jimmy Johns. Each shell consists of 19,000 square feet with multiple spaces allocated for future tenets. The completion of Retail 3 is the third retail shell constructed by Middleman following Retail 2 and Retail 4 in the Singing Hills Development.
